I didn’t actually use brown cheese when I shot these photos of my homemade, gluten-free bread with homemade jam. In Norway you’ll often see people eating the typical Norwegian brown cheese accompanied with jam.

  1. @”you’ll often see people eating the typical Norwegian brown cheese accompanied with jam.” – 1st of all: I did like the Norwegian brown cheese, and 2nd of all, well, in France we eat the sheep and goat cheese(s) made in Pays Basque with black cherry, blackberry, blueberry or black currant jam(s)… and red wine, of course! cheers! 🙂
